In February 2010 the Blio E-reader will be released. Can this technology assist you? It will be FREE.

Check it out. It may be something that you can use...or it may not.

I just thought it was worth passing along.

I just can see myself curling up with a nice 17 inch CRT monitor. I guess I could add one more electronic gizmo to my repertoire but that would involve learning something else.

the short answer - maybe

Yes...I am waiting to see if a person can add their own pdf files into it. If possible, with the note taking and other features, it could be very beneficial for professionals and students to keep on a hand held device.

Otherwise, it depends which texts would be available to add to the catalog.

Honestly, though, I am very intrigued by the coming shift as text books migrate into e-books where their multimedia can be included with what is happening on the screen (and further interactivity can occur).
