Please note that NACAT News is becoming a standardized 40 page publication and advertising space will be limited to a combined 15 pages.  Early submission of your ad will help guarantee its placement in the next issue.  To assist you in knowing how much advertising space remains, I will update the information presented below as I receive ads.  You will also be able to note the page's latest modification date.

Electronic: png files work fine or Printer-optimized PDF files with all fonts embedded.. Low-resolution screen-optimized PDF’s are not acceptable. (You would not be happy with the Quality.) I have worked with Word files as pictures, and tiff’s, but again the reproduction quality will suffer for your ad.

Film: Negatives, right reading emulsion side down. A Matchprint proof to be used as a scan can also be submitted. Photo ready copy sized to the specs below is also acceptable.

This does not include “Bleed” room for fuzzy edge ads. We reserve the flexibility to slightly increase the size of your Ad for lay-out if necessary (no extra cost to you). In no case will your ad size be smaller than the mechanical specs listed above. We do not have the capability with our process to handle two page spreads as one proof sheet, there will be margin.
